How can I check my order status?
You receive E-Mail Notifications with every change to your order status. However you can login to your Customer Portal at anytime and check your order status.
What payment methods can I use to place an order?
We currently support PayPal Express Checkout as well as MOLPay. This includes Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, FPX, 7-Eleven Cash. Furthermore we offer payment via Bank Transfer or Cheque. Please note, that your order will only be processed after receipt of your payment.
When can I expect my order?
We work very hard to get your new products to you as soon as possible. We know that you desperately wait to get your hands on CLINIVITA. It usually takes 1-2 business days for internal processing. The delivery time depends on your choosen delivery method (Standard or Express), but should usually not take more then 3 business days.
What should I do if I only receive a partial shipment?
It is possible your shipment was split based on product availability, and that the missing items will be shipped when they become available. What is the return policy?
